St. Albans Cathedral front entrance. We will meet at the big archway which goes over the front entrance. There are numerous car parks in St. Albans some are free on Sundays.

A delightful walk through Verulamium park followed by an ascent to the hamlet of Childwick Green overlooking the Ver Valley, then on to the edge of Harpenden Common. A decent back into the Ver Valley and a walk beside the little river through the Gorhambury Estate. Finishing back at St. Albans Cathedral. Please bring your sandwiches with you for our lunch break.
