This walk by and large follows the periphery of the various folds and enscarpments of the Chiltern Hills. The Ridgeway National Trail is intercepted just outside Tring and followed through to Wendover. After lunch the route takes us up through Wendover woods, via Aston Hill, offering views across the Vale of Aylesbury, before descending down back to Tring.
Please bring a packed lunch as there will not be a pub stop enroute however, a stop at the café in Wendover woods has been factored in.
